Typically the cost for the tour is from
$2,000 to $3,000 per person depending on the specifics such as the number of persons on the tour, number of nights, locations and accommodations, travel modes (land or air), tours, etc. Once I have had a chance to discuss the tour with you and create a day-by-day itinerary that you approve, we will be able to arrive at a concrete price per person that includes accommodations, transfers, tours (as included) as well as my time as your tour guide.

Scott has been living and doing business in Costa Rica since 2001. He has a good command of the Spanish language and knows the culture of the ticos and the country very well. He is the owner and operator of Package Costa Rica, a company that has prepared Costa Rica vacation packages for more than 1,000 tourists from all over the globe. Scott formerly was the managing director of Live Oak Capital Advisors, a boutique transactional advisory firm in the U.S. In that capacity, Scott was responsible for brokering the deal in which Universidad Interamericana, one of the top private for-profit universities in Costa Rica and Panama, was sold to Sylvan International Universities (now Laureate Education, Inc.) in 2003.
Scott is the author of the

Scott's credentials include earning his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Campbell University, a Master of Laws in Taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South California. Scott has earned the certifications of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Business Appraiser (CBA). Scott's varied experience includes the private practice of law for seven years in the areas of taxation and corporate transactions. As a transactional advisor, Scott has brokered over $40 million in real estate and business sale transactions.
