There is not a better way to learn Spanish in Costa Rica than joining our Intensive Spanish and recreational Program. Spend 4 hours per day studying at Conversa. Conversa is one of Costa Rica's first and most prestigious Spanish language schools. Founded in 1975, Conversa has been dedicated to teaching Spanish as a foreign language for almost thirty years. Conversa offers two ideal locations. After a week dedicated to Spanish study enjoy your weekends. Go and have fun in some of the most beautiful spots in the country. Enjoy the nature, relax, get contact with the native speakers ("Ticos") and practice all you have been learning during the week.

Conversa Students

2 Week Program - Sample Itinerary - Call for details

Friday to Saturday. You will arrive to the San Jose airport on Friday and be greeted by a Package Costa Rica representative. We will transport you to La Fortuna, the area of the Arenal Volcano, one of the most active in the world. Two nights of accommodations are included at the Arenal Paraiso Resort. Also included is the Arenal Reserva Tour (combining the Sky Tram, Sky Trek and Sky Walk) tour and entrance to the Tabacon Hot Springs with dinner buffet.

Sunday. You will travel by Interbus back to San Jose to get settled in with your home stay family and prepare for classes Monday.

Monday to Friday. Classes will go from 8:30 to 1:00 pm.

Saturday to Sunday. You are going to the beach. Early in the morning you will take the Tortuga Island tour and then in the evening be transported to Jaco to spend one night at the beach. The next day enjoy the fun and sun in Jaco before being transported back to San Jose for classes to resume on Monday.

Monday to Friday. Classes will go from 8:30 to 1:00 pm.

Saturday. You will take a short-cab ride to the International Airport to catch your flight home.

Saturday to Sunday. Enjoy a 2-day tour package to Tortuguero on the Caribbean Side of Costa Rica.

Monday to Friday. Classes will go from 8:30 to 1:00 pm.

Saturday to Sunday. On Saturday you will take the popular Costa Rica Highlights tour with visits to the Poas Volcano and La Paz Waterfalls. Sunday will be on your own.

Monday to Friday. Classes will go from 8:30 to 1:00 pm.

Saturday. Take a short cab-ride to the International airport to catch you flight back home.
